1. About these terms
evifound.com is operated by Evifound. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
Where you hold an account, the Platform Service Agreement governs your use of the product and prevails over these terms in the event of a conflict. Founders using an invitation link are covered by the Founder Terms of Use.
2. Using the site
You may view and print pages for your own business use. You must not misuse the site, and the Acceptable Use Policy applies here too.
3. Site content is informational
Descriptions of the product, methodology, checks, coverage and pricing are provided for information and may change. Nothing on the site is investment, legal, tax or regulatory advice, an offer, or a warranty about what a verification will find. Screenshots and sample reports are illustrative and may use fictional data.
4. Uploads before you have an account
If you upload a pitch deck or business plan from the site before signing in, that file is held in your own browser so it can be attached when you create a company record. Clearing your browser storage removes it. Once you create an account and the record, the file is uploaded and the Privacy Policy applies.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the site — text, layout, graphics, code, logos and the evifound and Know Your Founder™ marks — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property law. You may not copy, adapt, republish or use it commercially without our written permission, other than the limited use in clause 2.
6. Third-party links
The site and reports link to third-party sources such as public registers. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee it. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties, and our liability arising from use of the site is limited as set out in No Warranty, Limitations and Proper Use. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
